Our Story

From Humble Beginnings...

When Mainline Commercial Services began 12 years ago, we were just a 2 person team. With all hands on deck, we performed every role in the business, from cleaning through to marketing and business administration. After switching our focus to growth, we slowly expanded as we on-boarded more clients. Meeting the challenges of a growing business, we gained invaluable experience that we could later use to create highly-effective training programs and quality control procedures.

Today, Mainline is a steadily growing business with a full team of dedicated cleaners and proper management in place. We have developed our own proprietary training program and quality control procedures that bring full confidence to our clients. While we may not be the biggest cleaning company, we have certainly proven ourselves to be one of the best. We now look to the future to grow the company so we can bring higher quality cleaning to more properties around Brisbane.

Our Cleaning Team

Our cleaning team is the core of our business. We recognise the importance of having "quality people and quality training" and therefore invest heavily in creating a highly effective, honest, courteous and reliable team. We have our own proprietary training program that we believe is one of the best in the industry.

In addition to high cleaning standards, a key aspect of our training is the safe handling of chemicals and OH&S. This is of key importance to us, to our staff, to you, to your employees and to your customers and is never overlooked. We also constantly try to utilise safer and more effective cleaning materials whenever possible.

Our Management

Sue Li — Managing Director

Sue was one of the founders of Mainline 12 years ago and has had vast experience in every aspect of the business. She places a strong focus on continuously improving systems and processes to ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained across all of the properties that are serviced.

Her other main focus is relationships — with both clients and staff. Having great respect for her cleaning team, Sue is committed to not only providing the best training, but also to ensuring that staff are well looked after and given autonomy in their jobs.
